Following the interest shown in my series of HDR photographs of the abandoned house in Lingerbay (see my earlier blog post, Lingerbay Decay), I’ve compiled a video detailing the work involved in the creation of one of those images, which is made up from a total of nine separate exposures. The video explains why I opted for nine shots and discusses the technical reasons for doing so.
A second video will follow in the next few days, showing how I merged all nine exposures and will also cover the editing process used to arrive at the final image, as seen below:
